1. What do we do?

CDKEE is an online store that offers video games at attractive prices. We provide you with a game code that you can redeem on various popular platforms to activate your game.

2. Why are your prices considerably low?

We are able to offer competitive prices because we source games from licensed digital suppliers and reduce costs associated with physical inventory, handling and shipping. This allows us to be efficient, fast, and deliver great value to customers.

3. What type of currencies do you accept?

We accept the following currencies:

  • Euros
  • British Pounds
4. What are the available payment methods?

We accept popular online payment methods. For example:

  • PayPal
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • UPI (where supported)
  • Other locally available gateways

When you click the PayPal or Card payment button you'll be redirected to the provider to complete the payment. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card via PayPal's guest checkout.

5. How do I place an order?

To purchase a game, click "Add to cart". When ready, go to "Checkout" at the top of the page. Read and accept the Terms of Use, then choose your payment method and complete the purchase.

6. How do I receive my game?

After payment is processed and verified, an email containing the game code and instructions will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.

7. How do I activate my game?

An email with the game code and platform-specific activation instructions (PSN, Xbox, Steam, Epic, etc.) will be included in your order confirmation. Follow those steps to redeem your code.

8. Can I get a refund?

You are entitled to a refund only if your game hasn't been delivered within 24 hours from the time of purchase. To request a refund, use the Contact form on our site or email support@cdkee.com with your order ID and a brief reason for the cancellation. The same rule applies to preorders that were not delivered within 24 hours of release.

9. How long does it take for my game code to arrive?

Guest purchases are usually fulfilled within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Registered users approved for automatic delivery typically get instant fulfillment. In rare cases orders can take up to 24 hours.

10. What is identity verification?

For some first-time purchases that trigger our anti-fraud checks, we may ask for a photo ID showing your picture and full name (other details can be censored). Acceptable documents include a government ID, driver's license, student or work ID. Black & white scans are not accepted; please provide a clear, color image. This verification is required only once.

11. Security & Reliability

CDKEE is built on Shopify, a globally trusted e‑commerce platform with strong security standards. All transactions are processed securely and your personal data is protected. We only store order details to maintain purchases and ensure that if you lose your CD‑Key, we can always provide it back to you.

12. Why should I create an account?

Creating an account gives you access to benefits such as order tracking, faster checkout, purchase history, user discounts, and account-specific features like higher daily purchase limits.

13. How do I track my orders?

After placing an order you'll receive an order ID. Log in to your account and go to "Orders" to view the order status. You can also search by order ID or the game title.
